This beautiful gift combines an online Birth Chart Explore session with an exquisitely designed, fully personalised birth chart art print for the recipient to keep.

Hellenistic Astrologer Charlotte Lauren will help you journey into your birth chart to inspire clarity and insight, whilst Lottie Suki will design a carefully constructed beautiful art print of your birth chart to accompany the experience. Your birth chart print will be drawn up using the whole house system to mirror your reading.

This combination of a natal chart reading, together with receiving a luxury, custom drawn astrology chart print, can help to inspire and connect the recipient to the magic of the cosmos for a lifetime!

What's Included

The experience includes an online reading with Charlotte (to be redeemed within 4 months from the date of purchase), and a gorgeous birth chart print presented in a beautiful gift box. A set of printed samples is also included to assist the recipient in choosing their favourite chart design, along with a gift certificate sent via email.

If you would prefer a physical gift certificate in a presentation box, sent by post, this is an additional £5.00.

What Happens Next

Email Gift Certificate Option

Once you have placed your order, the recipient will be sent a digital gift certificate via email, including your personal message if you have chosen to include one. Their printed sample pack will then be posted out within 1-3 working days from the point of ordering.

Boxed Gift Certificate Option

Once you have placed your order, the recipient will be sent a physical gift certificate by post in a luxury gift box. This will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Whichever option you choose, the gift certificate sent to your recipient will include details of how to confirm their chosen chart design and book their reading with Charlotte. Once the recipient has undertaken their Birth Chart Explore session with Charlotte, Lottie will post out their finished art print in a beautiful gift box as a special follow up to the experience!

FAQs

What if I'm not sure of my recipient’s time/place of birth?

We definitely need this to design the chart and deliver the birth chart reading. Check with the recipient and then once you have this information, come back to us, pop the details in and place your order!

What if my recipient also doesn’t know their time/place of birth?

If you recipient isn't sure, they can always check baby books, call the hospital to enquire about their birth record, or check with relatives. We do need an accurate time of birth and location to cast the chart. 

Is this package suitable for beginners in astrology, or is it more tailored to those with a deeper knowledge of the subject?

The Birth Chart Explore session is suited to beginners to astrology, but if clients have a deeper knowledge, they can let Charlotte know upon booking their session and she can tailor it to them.

Where will the reading take place and what will it be like?

The Birth Chart Explore Session will be delivered online, via Zoom. The session is 60 minutes and during that time Charlotte will guide the client through the fundamentals of the chart, in a fun, insightful way, so that they have a good understanding of their sun, moon and rising sign and how they work together. The style of the session is relaxed and insightful, all that is required is an open mind! A quiet, calm set up is recommended for when the session takes place for maximum enjoyment.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation from us.

Your recipient will shortly receive their gift certificate and printed samples via email and/or post, depending upon your chosen option. This will give them all the information they need, along with details on how to redeem. They’ll then complete a short online form, confirming their email address and chosen birth chart design.

Next, Charlotte will be in touch with the recipient via email to book their online Birth Chart Explore session, and Lottie will get to work on creating their special birth chart print! The finished birth chart will be packaged in a beautiful gift box, and posted out to the recipient on (or just after) the date of their reading.

When will the gift certificate expire?

Your gift certificate will feature an expiry date, which will be 4 months from the date of purchase.

What delivery methods do you use?

We use Tracked Royal Mail services to deliver the physical elements of your Astro Explore Experience.

Within the UK your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days from dispatch. You’ll also have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at the checkout, which usually delivers within 1 working day from dispatch.

For international orders, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked service. From the date of dispatch, this service aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days, and 5-7 working days worldwide. Read more about delivery here >>

How long will it take to receive my order?

Email Gift Certificate: Your recipient should receive their email gift certificate within 1 working day.

Physical Gift Certificate: If you’ve chosen to receive a physical gift certificate in a gift box, this will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the point of ordering. Please see the previous answer for details on how long this will then take to deliver to your chosen location.

Birth Chart Print: Your birth chart will be posted out on the same date as (or just after) your reading takes place, so this can vary, depending on both when the gift recipient redeems their voucher, and also the date booked for their Birth Chart Explore session. Please see the previous answer for details on how long this will then take to deliver to your chosen location.

I'd like the boxed gift certificate sent to me, but the chart sent directly to my recipient. Is this possible?

It is currently only possible to add one delivery address upon placing your order. This can be your own, so that if you prefer you can give each part of the gift in person, or we can send everything directly to your recipient.

If you’d prefer to receive the boxed gift certificate yourself, but you’d like the chart to be sent directly to your recipient, simply follow the steps below giving us as much notice as possible, and we’ll happily arrange this for you.

Please note that this may incur additional postage costs if the updated address is in a different country from the first, which must be paid before we can dispatch your birth chart.

I’ve selected the email gift certificate option. When will my recipient receive it?

We aim to send out your email gift certificate within 24 hours of receiving your order (not including weekends or UK bank holidays). If you’d like more control over when your recipient receives their gift certificate, we suggest using your own email address for this bit so that you can forward it on to them at a more specific date and/or time of your choice.

How do you ensure the privacy and security of my personal information, especially when it comes to sharing my birth details for the astrology chart?

When you share your birth details with us your information is used securely to draw your chart and to cast your chart for a reading. Both Charlotte and Lottie conform to all data protection and GDPR regulations.

Lottie is pleased to be able to offer a reprint service (coming soon!) should your recipient wish to purchase an additional copy of their birth chart at any point, perhaps in an alternative colourway. The ability to offer this service requires Lottie to keep your unique birth chart drawing safely and securely on file for a longer period. You (or your recipient) can opt out of this at any time by emailing hello@lottiesuki.co.uk.
