Each issue of The Stardust Post usually begins with an Instagram deep dive into that month's theme to find contributors, perspectives, and beauteous things to share with you all. This month the focus has been Dreams, and some heavenly things have popped up along the way. Whether you're looking for a meaningful virtual gift for the dreamer in your life or a self-care treat, then I have some wonderful ideas to share with you!
Virtual Dream Workshops for Wellbeing by The Moon Lab, From £30.00
Hypnotherapist, wellbeing writer and lucid dream coach Leah from The Moon Lab contributed to the dreams issue of The Stardust Post, sharing some fascinating insight into the world of lucid dreams and the ways in which they can support your creativity and wellbeing. Virtual workshops running this Autumn & Winter include Dreams for Wellbeing: An Introduction to Lucid Dreaming. I'll be joining Leah for this one, and I can't wait!
Serene Dream Wax Melts by Cosmic Bloom, Pack of 10, £7.50
Just as the heavenly-sounding name implies, the scent of these dreamy wax melts is soft and calming, featuring hints of lavender and musky dark amber. Packaged in a little jute bag they are easily giftable, even if the little celestial shapes are almost too pretty to melt! Set the scene for a peaceful night of dream-filled sleep.
Dream Journal by Lucy Scott Illustration, £6.50
I discovered Lucy's beautiful work when searching for a new dream journal. What I loved most about this one is the wonder-provoking cover illustration, which never fails to remind me of the power and wisdom of my dreams each time I open it to write. Knowing how passionate Lucy is about dream journalling, wellbeing and spirituality - and the potential for collective transformation as a result of going inwards - just makes me treasure this lovely dream journal even more. Blank inside for you to freely write, but with an offering of gentle, eloquent guidance on the back cover.
Mini Macramé Dreamcatcher by Ravel & Twine, £4.75
How sweet is this mini dreamcatcher by the incredibly lovely Tegan from Ravel & Twine? For me it hits just the right note between dreamy and minimal, and I love this dusty rainbow shade. Available in a variety of patterns and colourways, I think this would bring countless sweet dreams and make *the* most adorable gift!
The Michelle Cloud Tee by The Paper Lobster, £22.00
I have a bit of a thing for clouds, and this wonderful t-shirt was designed by Colette from The Paper Lobster in memory of a dear friend, which just makes it so, so special. I love this dreamy lilac version, but there are plenty more colours to choose from <3
